The new Xbox is already in development, according to Microsoft. The company revealed that the successors of the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S are in in-house production, but that they won’t see the light of day anytime soon. The novelty was mentioned in a presentation to the press on Thursday, the 10th, before E3.

It is worth remembering that Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S hit the market in late November 2020, near the launch of ps5, sony’s new generation. Even though they’re more powerful, Microsoft also works with xbox one s that are still available and actively receiving games that are exclusive to all audiences.
In the same presentation the company reinforced the importance of the Xbox Game Pass and said the plan is for the service to receive at least one great exclusive game every three months, throughout the year.
Currently the Game Pass has dozens of games, including several Microsoft exclusives and also EA titles, through EA Play, which is part of The Ultimate Game Pass. Both Xbox and PC and mobile devices can access the Game Pass through subscription and Internet connection.
