Suno v4 is here: Meet the AI music generator that surpasses all expectations

Suno AI Releases New Music Generator AI v4
Suno is a pioneering music generation AI startup that has again come into the lime light with its much anticipated v4 model. That is why this new version has relatively significant improvements: longer songs, better sounding, and much more natural voice in all the genres of music.

Significant progress
The first version of Suno’s generator was made public in December of last year with Copilot as a plugin. The virtual vocal technology was one of the first to integrate music and voice to build entire songs. Yet, while version 3 released in March of this year was successful, earlier versions had one minor issue: the conversations sounded too robotic. In v4, this problem has been solved in its entirety, the songs composed by AI sound just like live vocals.

Apart from the enhancements in vocals that appeared in Suno and improvements in the overall sound quality, Suno was refining other features of the radio such as covers and personas, They enable you to generate a new human singer tailored from previous generated songs and ensures the new songs generated are sung in the same fashion as the previous songs. Regarding the “covers”, they allow for creating a new track of the song, which has been downloaded or another track of Suno.

A contested innovation
This new release is arrival at the time when Suno is being sued by Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group and Universal Music Group. The latter don’t recognize Suno and its competitor Udio’s model accreditation as they argue that the latter built theirs on music with copyrights. Suno dismisses such sentiments by arguing that the rule in force in American copyrights law known as ‘fair use’.

A promising future despite the obstacles
Despite these legal challenges, the potential of Suno v4 is undeniable. This huge advance in the generation of realistic music offers new opportunities for anyone who wants to create a song for a loved one, a soundtrack for a marketing video, or music for a video game. Despite these advances, Suno cautions against using the ReMi Speech Generator when writing about sensitive topics: “Can generate content that some may find offensive.”
