Razer’s family of gamer Basilisk mice has just gained a new model. With 11 customizable buttons and HyperScroll technology in the roll, the Basilisk V3 promises comfort due to its ergonomic construction, and freedom to play with the best shortcut settings. Here in Brazil, the accessory arrives by the end of November this year.
Originally released in 2017, Basilisk mice reach the third generation with improvements that should benefit the most demanding gamers. The highlight of the V3 model is the debut of HyperScroll technology, which allows you to automatically switch mouse scrolling between three types: tactile, smart and free-spin.
Tactile scrolling is indicated for those who want precision in the scroll. This mode is suitable for shooterplayers who change the equipped weapon using the mouse wheel. In free-spin scrolling, scrollhas smooth and continuous movements, ideal for navigating long documents and performing repetitive commands.
Smart scrolling allows you to automatically exchange the Razer Synapse software. The profile changes in real time, depending on the speed applied by users on the scroll. With this, the Basilisk V3 should serve both gamers and professionals who need more comfort and productivity in the day to day.

On the technical side, the Razer Basilisk V3 features the Focus+ optical sensor of up to 26,000 DPI, 650 IPS – inches per second, in Portuguese — and 50G acceleration. The buttons use Razer’s optical switches, which have activation time of 0.2 milliseconds and support up to 70 million clicks, resisting possible double-click issues.
Like all gamer mice, the Basilisk V3 has 11 RGB lighting zones that can be controlled by Razer Synapse 3 software. This model is wired and does not allow wireless use. You can also store mouse settings in the cloud and in the accessory’s own internal memory.
